Starting a vegan lifestyle can be difficult, especially if baked goods and sweets are an integral part of your diet (apart from coffee, of course). Luckily, more and more plant-based ingredients are available today – and this workshop will teach you how to make the best out of them.
On this Wednesday evening class, learn how to concoct great cakes and airy mousse with common substitute items, and get a hands-on experience in piping buttercream and making vegan shortcut pastry from scratch.
By the end of the course, you’ll know how to bake buttercream coconut cupcakes, chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis, berry pie, gluten-free blueberry lemon loaf and filled Anzac cookies – all cruelty-free!
Tickets are sold at $150. For more information, visit Sydney Community College’s website.
