Get your calendars sorted – the Sydney Tea Festival is returning next Sunday.
Festivalgoers will be spoilt with teas and tisanes of all kinds sourced from all over the world. A series of workshops and masterclasses will also be available to allow you to learn all things tea, including tea and cheese pairing, chai and cocktails blending, and the customs of samurai-style Japanese tea ceremony hosted by Ueda Sōko Ryū Australia. Complete the evening with the Automata Tea Pairing Dinner, featuring a five-course degustation with matching premium teas.
